Lisa is originally from Hinsdale, Illinois. She graduated from the Methodist University Physician Assistant Program in 2022. Upon completion of school, she worked as a Neurosurgery Physician Extender at Cape Fear Valley Hospital with Doctors Charles Haworth and Melissa Stamates. Prior to becoming a Physician Associate, she served as an instructor at the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center for almost a decade. She is a 22-year veteran of the U.S. Army and continues to assist veterans while acting as a board member of the Veterans’ Caucus of the American Academy of Physician Associates.
